Receptionist & Paralegal Assistant/Trainee
The candidate should have 2+ years of experience working in a professional office environment. Paralegal certificate and/or bachelor degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience. This position will assist legal assistants and paralegals with document/data management while greet clients, answer phone calls and performing general office tasks. Successful candidates should also have excellent writing, communication, organizational, and computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office. ProLaw experience a plus.
