Duties

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from pre-trial through post-trial stages
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and procedural motions
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and legal research
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Develop case strategies and counsel clients on litigation risks and options
• Supervise junior attorneys and collaborate with legal support staff
• Maintain and grow client relationships through clear, responsive communication

Requirements

• 17 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value cases
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing
• Extensive courtroom and trial experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey
