A law firm in Miami is seeking a Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney with strong deal experience, particularly in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. The ideal candidate should be admitted to the State Bar and have a preference for experience across various asset types and structures.

Duties:

• Manage and negotiate complex structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on lending, securitization, and other finance structures.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and securities filings.
• Conduct due diligence on structured finance transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, senior attorneys, and legal staff on deal strategy and development.
• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and market trends in structured finance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all aspects of structured finance.

Requirements:

• Strong deal experience at a law firm, with a focus on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.
• Admitted to the State Bar.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
