Director, Banking and Financial Law Program

The candidate will oversee all aspects of the administration of the Graduate Program in Banking and Financial Law (BFL), including marketing, outreach, student recruiting and admissions, student advising, faculty recruitment and retention and curricular matters. Will develop and launch new degree and non-degree programs. Establish programs intermediate and long-term strategic plans, consistent with graduate programs and school of laws priorities. Design, plan and implement initiatives to achieve these goals. Serve as BFLs most engaged and visible ambassador to internal and external stakeholders, and as a key member of the graduate programs and law schools senior administrative staff. Should have JD degree. Should have 5-8 years of relevant experience in the banking and financial services industry. Strong communications skill is essential. Previous teaching and higher education administrative experience is highly valued.
