Duties

• Represent clients in complex litigation related to data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Advise on technology errors and omissions matters.
• Provide counsel on privacy laws and technology transactions.
• Engage in regulatory investigations and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws and cybersecurity incidents.
• Strong litigation background with experience in regulatory investigations.
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, or respected regional firm.
• 7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• A portable book of $350K is preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
