Huron office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-3 years of professional legal experience concentrated in estate planning, estate administration, business planning, and relevant tax knowledge and experience. The candidate will serve primarily creation of estate plans utilizing wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills, also probate and trust administration, guardianship matters, succession planning, and some estate specific litigation. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software, computer-based case management software, Westlaw legal research, and public legal research options like the South Dakota Legislative Research Council, the Unified Judicial System, and the LII / Legal Information Institute.
