Litigation Support Specialist
The candidate will assist attorneys in handling files through word-processing, data management, electronic and physical filing, document review and organization, scheduling (depositions, hearings, appointments and conferences), tracking deadlines and assisting attorneys in monitoring task completion. Communication with courts, clients, witnesses and other law firms. Must be experienced legal secretaries and paralegals with significant word-processing skills who have an understanding of electronic filing and court rules, scheduling and notice, and who have significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Daylite, Timeslips, Time Matters, or other legal software.
