Requirements

• JD or LLM degree.
• Prior work experience in Latin America preferred.
• Experience with emerging companies and venture capital financings strongly preferred.
• Admission to the California and/or New York Bar required.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Certifications

• Admission to the California and/or New York Bar.

Skills

• Strong transactional experience in venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
