Duties
- Draft initial, interim, pre-trial, trial, and appellate reports.
- Draft and respond to discovery and related motions.
- Regularly attend court appearances.
- Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
- Draft Motions for Summary Judgment and other motions.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in Louisiana; Mississippi licensure is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills.
- Five years or more of litigation experience.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Louisiana.
