Duties

• Engage in commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Collaborate with multifamily lenders and programs.
• Conduct title insurance and survey reviews.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain substantial client contact and teamwork.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of legal experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Experience with multifamily lenders, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or FHA multifamily programs preferred.
• Strong title insurance and survey review experience preferred.
• Active bar license in D.C. or Maryland required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in D.C. or Maryland.
