The candidate should preferably have 5+ years of experience in civil litigation - both Federal and State - with specific knowledge in construction, contract, or business law. Should have a Bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate. Must be able to prepare forms and simple pleadings, and be comfortable with all aspects of docketing. Must be familiar with case management or document management software, and be proficient in Microsoft office products and Adobe Acrobat. A strong knowledge of eDiscovery is preferred.
