Mid-level Private Equity Associate
The candidate will work on a broad range of matters for a variety of clients with a Chambers-rated and growing practice across industries. Should have a J.D. degree. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience advising private equity firms, venture capital firms, and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, and other general corporate matters. Big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and a strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools are desired. Should have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated. Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
