Duties

• Travel regionally to appear at courts throughout Michigan.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• 1-3 years of experience in creditor's rights and civil litigation.
• Good standing with the Michigan Bar Association.
• Ability to pass a thorough background review process.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.

Certifications

• Licensed Attorney in Michigan.
