Litigation Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Middletown is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 0-4 years of experience. The candidate will assist in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, case strategy development, and court appearances.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assist in case strategy development and client communication.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation cases.
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in Middletown or eligibility for admission.
• 0-4 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes.

Education:
