Duties

• Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and financial institutions in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
• Engage in high-profile, top-of-the-capital-structure representations.

Requirements

• Experience in liability management transactions and special situations financings.
• Background in representing creditors or borrowers in relevant financial transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
