A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Business Real Estate team in Concord, CA. The ideal candidate will possess litigation experience and demonstrate strong client service skills. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Duties

• Provide legal representation and counsel clients based on case facts and issues.
• Address client concerns to enhance and retain business relationships.
• Engage in industry organizations to boost the firm's community and industry presence.
• Represent the firm in both internal and external capacities.
• Manage cases from inception to closure with minimal oversight.
• Support legal and management objectives as needed.

Requirements

• J.D. and active California Bar license.
• 7+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney.
• Previous litigation experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients on various practice topics.
• Capability to multitask and meet strict deadlines independently and in a team.

Education

• Graduate degree in law.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license.

Skills

• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate law preferred.
• Previous trial experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ProLaw or similar billing and document management software preferred.
