• Strategically and practically approach litigation from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Participate in direct client contact, trainings, investigations, and oral advocacy.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of litigation experience.
• Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Perform well under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with employment and/or higher education law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Skills

• Strong writing and strategic litigation skills.
• Experience with e-discovery and trial processes.
• Ability to handle cases independently with partner oversight.
