Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation or family law matters, including hearings, depositions, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for court proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel to clients, offering advice on potential outcomes and strategies.
• Manage a caseload and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in litigation or family law.
• Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent advocacy skills, including trial and negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New Hampshire.
