Duties:

• Defend personal injury and property damage matters arising from automobile and premise accidents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in Court proceedings.
• Conduct depositions and engage in discovery activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar Association in New York.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in defense personal injury and property damage litigation.
• Familiarity with State rules of civil procedure.
• Excellent writing skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar Association in New York.
