Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and correspondence.
• Prepare and oppose motions and respond to discovery.
• Appear in court for law and motion proceedings.

Requirements

• Admission to the California Bar is required.
• Admission in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, New Mexico, and/or Massachusetts is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on dispute resolution.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar license.
