Contracts Specialist
The candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate review and administration of a variety of commercial contracts. Will review and redline contract terms to ensure they align with FET’s risk mitigation policies. Independently negotiate as needed with customer/vendor counterparts. Prepare and review ancillary documents to contracts, such as amendments, scopes of work, specification sheets, purchase orders, parent company guarantees, etc. Liaise with tax, insurance, logistics, and sales as needed. Help create and maintain a contract tracking/management system. Assist with managing and optimizing signature and workflow systems. Work closely with Company’s sales and management team. Special/other projects as assigned by the legal department as needed. Manage daily workload, using time appropriately. Establish and maintain positive relationships with external clients through a customer-oriented mindset.
