The role involves handling domestic and cross-border antitrust matters, focusing on litigation.

Duties

• Manage antitrust litigation cases, including consumer class actions and non-class action lawsuits.
• Engage in litigation with state and federal enforcers and international cartel investigations.
• Provide counseling on antitrust and competition matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in antitrust litigation.
• Experience in either plaintiff or defense side litigation is required.
• Antitrust experience, trial experience, and/or an economics background preferred.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
