A law firm seeks an OSHA Compliance Associate in Dallas, TX. The role involves supporting and guiding clients on workplace safety and health compliance with OSHA regulations, as well as managing other labor and employment matters as needed.

Duties

• Support and guide business partners on environmental and workplace safety compliance.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide crisis management for workplace safety and health issues.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary office.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant State Bar.
