Human Resources Coordinator
The candidate will act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and communicate issues and updates as needed. Maintain personnel records and documentation. Respond to employee requests by taking calls, researching, and following up. Assist with on-boarding, training and leading new employees. Perform file audits to ensure all required employee documentation is collected, recorded and up to date. Manage HR hiring practices. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, discipline and offboarding. Maintain & update HR/ office policies as necessary. Organize office operations and procedures. Address employees’ requests regarding HR issues. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and internal staff. Work as a point of contact between office sites. Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned. Proven work experience as a Human Resource Coordinator or similar role required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Established communication skills required. Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once required. Possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) is a plus.
