DUTIES: Will be responsible for a broad range of substantive areas. Work directly with all departments of the University administration, faculty, postdocs, and students, as well as outside counsel, vendors, and service suppliers. Manage outside counsel, advise, and actively participate in litigation matters, provide high-quality legal advice on a wide range of issues, research and draft memoranda, opinions, and correspondence on a range of legal matters, collaborate with colleagues and advise on various initiatives, handle and advise on transactional, corporate, and contract work, and support effective and efficient use, coordination, and oversight of outside counsel.
