Duties

• Draft and review investment management and fund-related documents.
• Advise investment managers on regulatory compliance obligations.
• Negotiate and document strategic joint ventures and financings.
• Represent family offices and institutional investors.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of investment management and private fund formation experience.
• Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
