Duties

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate sophisticated agreements, including supply agreements and other complex commercial documents.
• Manage intricate commercial matters efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business law and commercial contract review.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Prior in-house counsel experience is a plus, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
