Duties

• Manage assigned litigation matters or major components of larger cases.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery with minimal supervision.
• Prepare for and handle depositions, hearings, and client communications.
• Identify issues early and escalate strategically.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to align strategy and execution.
• Mentor junior attorneys through example and feedback.
• Maintain consistent timekeeping and meet productivity expectations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of civil or commercial litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Sound professional judgment and emotional steadiness.
• Experience mentoring or informally leading other lawyers is a plus.
• Indiana bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
