Duties

• Litigate workers' compensation claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and other complex issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative defense strategies.
• Engage in legal research and writing to support case development.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in workers' compensation.
• Strong analytical, writing, and research skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Desire to advance within the firm and assist others in doing the same.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
