Duties

• Advise on tax issues in mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Assist with innovative leasing, financings, and real estate transactions.
• Handle debt instruments, swap transactions, and derivatives.
• Identify and leverage tax credits and incentives for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tax associate in a law firm.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple transactions.
• Experience with taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions.
• Familiarity with private equity transactions and fund formations.

Education

• LL.M. in taxation required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
