Duties

• Work with borrowers on corporate credit facilities, including acquisition financings and venture debt.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in commercial finance or debt capital markets.
• Strong academic credentials and transactional experience.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
