Facilities Manager
The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple properties designated for company operations including building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, parking, security, access, equipment and utilities. Oversees multiple properties including building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, parking, security, access, equipment and utilities. Schedules and coordinates building services. Administers, conducts and documents regular facilities inspections. Manages 3rd party vendor services, maintenance agreements, service contracts and support lease negotiations. Ensures preventative maintenance programs are scheduled and vendors are meeting the terms of their agreements. Negotiates renewals and/or work to identify alternate providers when necessary. Manage tenant improvements and construction plans. Develops, implements, and communicates policies, procedures and standards while ensuring conformance with health and safety standards, regulatory requirements and corporate policies. Generates and presents regular reports and reviews of facility-related finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases. Coordinates space planning, services and operations for new offices and office moves.
