Duties

• Manage an active litigation docket with paralegal and staff support.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as lead or co-counsel.
• Evaluate case value and participate in settlement strategy and negotiation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and adjusters.
• Collaborate closely with managing partners and senior trial attorneys on litigation strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Three years of personal injury litigation experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
