The candidate will assess firmwide developmental needs; create and/or select course content and appropriate related materials; and ensure that training is effective and consistent across offices. Will identify gaps in staff professional skills and competencies and coordinate learning and development training needs within offices and/or teams, using skill assessments, surveys and other appropriate tools; create programs and curricula that meet identified skill and training needs; implement programs utilizing various learning methods, including coaching, on-the-job training, multilingual, in-person and online training. Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required. Should have 5+ years of experience designing and implementing employee training and development programs, preferably in a law firm or legal environment. Experience with Agile, LEAN or Six Sigma approaches to process improvement and project management is required.
