Duties:

• Conduct title reviews for commercial, lender, and residential real estate transactions.
• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements for various real estate deals.
• Oversee closings for real estate transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Prepare and review general transactional documentation related to real estate matters.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients regarding real estate transactions and related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission.
• 3-4 years of experience practicing real estate law.
• Proven experience with title review, purchase and sale agreements, and closings.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using office technology and legal software.

• Active membership in the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission.
