A law firm seeks a mid-senior level associate to join its Health Care Practice Group in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate will support the national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, bringing 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience, with up to 8 years considered.

Duties

• Provide legal support to health care-focused clients.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents and manage complex matters.
• Collaborate with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
• Mentor junior associates and engage with senior partners.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience.
• Experience with telemedicine or digital health companies preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
• Timely admission to the bar of the hiring office's state required.
