A law firm is seeking a Senior Business Law Attorney for their Orlando, FL, office.

Job Overview:

The Senior Business Law Attorney will provide comprehensive legal counsel in areas including estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation, business succession planning, tax planning, corporate law, and more. The ideal candidate must possess strong client relationship management skills, project management abilities, negotiating prowess, and exceptional document drafting and senior review skills. They will actively engage in client development, mentorship of junior associates, and collaboration with seasoned partners.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel in estate planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning.
• To meet specific objectives, advise individuals and families on tax and estate planning arrangements, financial planning, estate and generation-skipping tax planning, trust administration, probate administration, and charitable planning.
• Counsel executives and business owners on a wide range of corporate law matters.
• Engage in significant client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Collaborate with experienced partners on complex legal matters.
• Invest time in client development efforts to expand the firm's clientele.

Requirements:

• JD is from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school.
• An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience practicing law, with expertise in business law, estate planning, and related areas.
• Experience in a large law firm environment is preferred.
• Strong project management and negotiating skills.
• Exceptional document drafting and senior review abilities.
• Ability to understand and solve complex business issues.
• Commitment to top-notch client service and satisfaction.

Education & Certifications:

• JD is from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
