A law firm seeks an experienced Immigration Attorney in Owings Mills, MD. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team, providing expertise in employment-based immigration law. This role requires collaboration with legal, technical, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional service.

Duties

• Provide expert legal advice on employment-based immigration matters.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Conduct detailed evaluations of immigration law knowledge.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
• Proficiency in IV and NIV processes, including H-1B, L-1 A/B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3 cases.
• Experience with EB-5 cases preferred.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in any U.S. state.

Skills

• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
