Duties

• Lead and manage litigation teams in complex commercial matters in federal and state courts nationwide.
• Represent financial institutions in workouts, forbearances, and foreclosures.
• Handle litigation related to commercial mortgage-backed securities.
• Manage contested bankruptcy matters and loan enforcement actions.
• Defend financial institutions in lender liability actions.
• Represent clients in arbitration proceedings.
• Handle complex business disputes and title insurance claims.
• Represent landlords and tenants in commercial lease litigation.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in the state of the office location or ability to obtain promptly.
• Minimum 8+ years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Experience representing financial institutions and lenders.
• Strong background in commercial real estate litigation.
• Experience in federal and state courts.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
