  • Guide on state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations.
  • Defend regulatory investigations related to privacy and security.
  • Handle matters related to complying with contractual and legal security obligations.
• Desired Experiences:
  • Law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience.
  • Litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity breach response work.
• Skills:
