A law firm seeks a litigation associate for its Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, or Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. degree and be a member of the Florida Bar, with three or more years of litigation experience. A federal clerkship is preferred.

Duties

• Engage in various types of litigation cases.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and membership in the Florida Bar.

• Eligibility to practice law in Tennessee preferred.

Education
