Requirements:

  • 0 to 5 years of legal experience, with preference for exposure to property law, mineral title work, or energy-related legal matters.
  • Ability to analyze complex title chains and legal instruments with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to balance multiple client matters.

  • Licensure in states with significant energy development is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients, land professionals, and internal teams.
  • Ability to conduct detailed legal research and synthesize findings into practical client guidance.
  • Proficiency with legal research platforms and title examination tools.
  • Comfortable working within a remote collaboration environment when necessary.

Location:

  • Flexible – may work from one of the firm’s offices located in multiple states or remotely, subject to approval.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
