The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with the following: HUD-1/CD preparation, title review, title clearing, client relations, closing scheduling, and general office tasks including proficiency with various closing software. Experience with Ramquest software a plus. Must be able to manage 50+ closings per month (with the assistance from the team). A thorough understanding of TRID Guidelines along with the Why and How within the closing process a must. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well with others.
