A law firm in Chicago is actively seeking a Mid to senior-level IP Litigation Associate Attorney with strong legal writing skills, a willingness to travel for court appearances, and the ability to manage client and counsel relationships effectively. The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of litigation experience and hold a degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science.

Duties:

• Handle intellectual property (IP) litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to IP litigation.
• Attend and represent clients in court appearances and proceedings.
• Manage and communicate with internal and external clients and counsel.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances.

Education:

• Degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the relevant state Bar.
