A law firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney to join its expanding team in Marietta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of civil litigation experience and be familiar with handling cases from inception to resolution. Duties

• Work directly with partners to analyze legal conflicts and advise clients.
• Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case handling.
• Conduct client meetings to gather information for drafting legal documents.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and perform legal research.
• Prepare for and conduct trials, hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their progress.

Requirements

• Georgia Bar admission required.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Insurance defense experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications

• Georgia Bar admission required.
