Manager Project Oversight
The candidate will be responsible to facilitate the Capital Programs oversight and compliance program to ensure Capital Programs projects meet all external and external oversight requirements. Represents project teams and serves as the firm point of contact in meetings with external agencies that have an interest/stake in specific Capital Programs projects. This includes the USDOT Inspector General, NJ State Comptroller, PANY&NJ Inspector General, and other oversight agencies, including the Federal Transit Administration. Coordinates, assembles, and tracks documentation and information in response to internal and external oversight and other agencies relating to Capital Programs projects. Drafts responses to requests from internal and external oversight agencies on behalf of Capital Programs, including requests under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA). Leads efforts for the implementation of internal or external findings or recommendations resulting from audits or reviews. Monitors oversight agency and other requests and provides status updates on Capital Programs project response efforts to senior management. Advises senior management of any pending state and federal regulations (e.g., FRA, FTA, OSHA) and legislation that impact Capital Programs projects, and makes recommendations for responses and implementation. Updates Capital Programs internal policies and procedures as directed. Manages and executes special reviews or projects as directed.
