Duties

• Manage patent prosecution matters effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients to develop patent strategies.
• Conduct thorough patent searches and analyses.
• Draft and file patent applications with precision.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in biology, preferably with experience in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, virology, microbiology, immunology, and/or plant molecular biology/genetics.
• Over 5 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Strong academic record and commitment to excellence.

Education

• Ph.D. in biology or related field.

Certifications

• Admission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
