A law firm is seeking a highly motivated Employment Law Associate to join its team in Burlington, Vermont. This position requires 1-3 years of experience in employment law.   • Participate in business development activities to help grow the firm’s client base.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in employment law.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to excellent client service.

  • Self-starting work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Vermont State Bar or ability to become licensed in Vermont.
