Toxic Tort Associate Attorney

The candidate' must have experience in products liability and toxic tort law who are interested in joining a growing, dynamic team as part of a national law firm. This position gives the attorney excellent opportunities to litigate on their feet in court from conferences and motions through trials, while also interacting directly with clients, partners and staff in a team approach to litigation. Should have : JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York; 4+ years of litigation experience preferred; Experience with asbestos litigation preferred; Experience with other insurance defense, and toxic torts is a plus; Environmental litigation experience is also a plus but not required.
