Profile

SGR, an insurance defense firm in Denver, is seeking a paralegal/legal assistant for the general liability group and for the construction defect group.  A paralegal degree or certificate is not required.  This position requires excellent communication and organization skills, use of Windows Outlook and Worldox software, and a demonstrated ability to independently prioritize work.
Job duties include calculating and calendaring case deadlines, scheduling case events, requesting and organizing records and other case materials, communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel, paying invoices, assisting attorneys in preparing for trial, and entering billable time. 
Salary Range: $55,000 to $77,000
